Team building

Since 2002 TrollAktiv have worked together with the company Punktum from Kristiansand to supply personal development courses based on the Optimas, Jungs Type Index profile analyse. This is a theoretical program supported by a team compass which relates the new knowledge directly to work place.  We call this all year round product "Adventure - Reality" and we supply the 2 day course wherever our customers wish.  The course is informal and relaxed and over the past year we have, delivered "Adventure - Reality" in the forests of Denmark, built snowholes in southern Norway and even combined the programme with a visit to a whisky distillery in the Scottish Highlands. 

The whole package is supported by a activity programme which is aimed at reinforcing the learning process.  The activities are fun and creative and the entire programme is 50% in the classroom and 50% outdoors. Naturally we package the programme with comfortable hotels and good food so that the social aspect of a workplace gathering is taken care of.   For more information about corporate team building programmes visit www.punkt-um.no  or contact:
