The activity program.
Corporate groups have many different aims therefore we will tailor make your programme to satisfy group or individual requirements. We can cater for large groups of several hundred or small groups with a handful of participants. Our long experience has proved that the traditional activities such as rafting and team building (problem solving tasks outdoors) are popular and have shown to be a winning combination. 

Surrounded as we are by rivers, forests and mountains we can offer an exciting mix of activities combined with beautiful backdrops. We can also provide references and sample programmes. For more information and a quotation without obligation.

Food should also be an important part of the experience.
Both traditional and untraditional. We can offer the following alternatives.

• Breakfast. Traditional Scandinavian breakfasts.
• Lunch. From filled sandwiches and baguettes to warm soup and pasta dishes. Local smoked fish products and Vegartarian options.
• Evening meal. Barbecues with beef, pork, salmon or chicken. baked potato and various salads with a selection of dressings. Vegaterian options.Traditional dinners can be served on request. Meals can be served indoors or out at one of 2 outdoor locations. By the riverside, or in our large party lavvo.

Get to know each better days! The day begins with light hearted and fun theory in the classroom, followed up by outdoor activities designed to improve communication and co-operation. Fresh air and much laughter is complimented by a good lunch or evening meal.  This program is available here at the rafting centre or at a location of your choosing.  prices range from Kr 800,- per person.

Team rejuvination and awareness! We make use of the nature around the activity centre combined with natures classroom.  Interchange between theory and activity gives a dynamic and enriching prosess.  This is eperienced based learning put in an enjoyable system! This program will give improved team competence and individual awareness. We have good references and long experience with this type of work.  prices range from Kr 1000,- per person. 

Learn in the woods and along the river bank! This is a half day programme aimed at co-operation! We have many challenges that will test your groups ability to solve problems and work together. We can relate the practical work to your workplace and finish the day with dinner or a social evening in a tepee.  Prices range from kr 800,- per person

Personality awareness & Teamkompass! This is a 2 day course with a good mix of theory and fresh air.  Self awareness and improved tolerance are key words for this programme.  We include accommodation, full pension and a pleasant social evening together. Prices range from kr 3500,- per person.
